I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel in Kumamoto! The rooms, although small in Japanese style, were nice and clean, making this hotel my preferred choice in the area. The location is superb, right next to Kumamoto's main shotengai with plenty of great restaurants around. The service was top-notch with very hospitable and extremely helpful staff. The dining experience was acceptable, although a bit limited in choice for my Western taste. Overall, a great value for a pleasant stay.
